01Who we are

VC Solutions (VCS, "VC Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides marketing and growth-infrastructure services to restaurant and franchise businesses. We operate the website at www.vc-solutions.net and the reporting and campaign-management tools we make available to our clients.

For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, VC Solutions acts as a service provider (processor) when handling advertising data on behalf of our clients, and as a controller for the information we collect directly through our website and business operations.

02Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information processed through our website, our client reporting and dashboard tools, and our integrations with third-party advertising and business platforms that our clients authorize us to access on their behalf. It does not apply to the independent privacy practices of those third-party platforms, which are governed by their own policies.

03Information we collect

Information you provide to us

• Contact and account details such as name, business name, email address, and phone number.
• Information you share when you request a proposal, sign an agreement, or communicate with us.
• Billing and payment information necessary to administer our services.

Information from platforms you connect

When you (or your business) authorize VC Solutions as a partner on an advertising or business platform — for example, by granting our business portfolio access to your Meta ad account — we access data from those platforms strictly to provide our services. This is described in detail in Section 04.

Information collected automatically

• Standard log and device data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) when you visit our website.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

04Meta platform data

With your authorization, VC Solutions uses the Meta Marketing API and related Meta APIs to access advertising data associated with ad accounts, Pages, and business assets that you or your business share with our business portfolio. The data we may access includes:

• Ad account structure and settings (campaigns, ad sets, ads).
• Advertising performance and insights (impressions, reach, clicks, spend, conversions, and related metrics).
• Page and business-asset information necessary to attribute and report on advertising activity.

05How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our reporting dashboards and campaign-management services.
• Analyze advertising performance and produce reports and recommendations for our clients.
• Create, adjust, and optimize advertising campaigns on behalf of clients who authorize us to do so.
• Communicate with you about your account, our services, and support requests.
• Meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations.

06How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. Vendors who host our infrastructure, store data, or provide tools that help us deliver our services, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• With your direction. With platforms and parties you ask us to work with, such as the advertising accounts you authorize.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of VC Solutions, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this policy.

07Storage & security

We store advertising and account data on secured infrastructure and apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect it — including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted handling of access tokens and credentials. Access to platform data is limited to personnel and systems that require it to deliver our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any incident that may affect it.

08Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain reporting history for our clients, and meet legal and operational requirements. When a client relationship ends, or upon a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify platform data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

09Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. You may also revoke VC Solutions' partner access to your advertising accounts at any time through the settings of the relevant platform (for example, Meta Business Settings). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14.

10Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of the data we hold about you or your business at any time. To do so, email keeganzoller@vc-solutions.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and enough detail for us to identify the relevant account or ad assets. We will confirm receipt, remove the associated platform data from our systems within a reasonable period, and revoke stored access credentials, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

11Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Meta and the infrastructure vendors that host our tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. VC Solutions is not responsible for the independent practices of these third parties.

12Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
